Our customers deserve the lowest prices, and that is what we aim deliver. Our Lowest Prices Guaranteed Promise means if you find a lower price at a competitor on an idenitcal in-stock item, we will match the price.

Our Lowest Prices Guaranteed Promise does have a few conditions:

• Applies to Products that are in stock at our Australian based competitors only
• Applies to current catalogues (must be currently in market and valid)
• Product must be identical in colour, packaging, brand and specification
• We will not price match online-only websites, online-only items, or any stores outside Australia (such as Ebay or Amazon)
• We will not price match when the lower price is due to category discount, discount % off promotional offers, store wide discount, clearance, or liquidation sales
